RETURN SCHEDULE: 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. from Monday to Friday.
(Outside these hours returns will not be accepted).
RETURN POLICY: We remind you that returns will not be accepted after 7 calendar days from material delivery date. All the returns must be agreed previously with Pemebla and sent in their original packaging. The deadline for claiming possible breakages or damage will be 24 hours from material reception. To avoid errors, it is mandatory to check the parts before handling or assembling them, otherwise no claim will be accepted. Those pieces that are ordered exclusively for one customer, as an urgent order, cannot be returned. The return of electrical and safety parts will not be accepted.
